"Graceful Mountain" describes the balance that I strive to attain in my life, as strength and grace are the epitome of health, in all arenas: physical, mental, spiritual, and communal. As a massage therapist and Yogi these elements are reflected in my professional practice and what I aim to help my clients find. Bodywork and Yoga are some of the best ways to learn from our bodies and heal, allow our minds to be quiet and to find some peace in our chaotic lives. Trust is the most important aspect in my relationships with clients and I would love the opportunity to work with you.
I have been practicing massage since 2005 starting in Arizona and Salt Lake City, UT, moving to Western Washington in 2013. Being a skier and avid outdoors woman led me to a degree in sports science and physiology from the University of Utah, and through a yoga teacher training, all of which have deepened my knowledge of how the human body functions and recovers. My specialty has been deep tissue and injury recovery, thought I incorporate a plethora of massage modalities ranging from Thai massage to craniosacral therapy. Each session I incorporate many modalities to best fit my clients' needs. I've spent several years working in high end spas and have a great respect for the 'whole experience'. I love to add in essential oils, hot stones and any other elements that will help the whole self to let go.
